Abstract

Dear Reader,


Thank you for showing interest in the publication of the Cypriot Journal of Educational Sciences (CJES), Volume 17, issue number 4. This issue aimed to present diverse development and improvement in educational sciences pre-COVID, amidst-COVID, and post-COVID. In view of this, 30 papers were selected from the many submissions.


The selected papers were authored by researchers from Kazakhstan, Russia, Philippines, Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Albania, Malaysia, Portugal, and Turkey. The selected topics include the following: Opinions and suggestions of preservice special education teachers on ethical principles; Methodology of application of blended learning technology in mathematics education; Strategies for teaching moral values to children with intellectual disability; Assessment of functional literacy of students in computer science based on the criteria-based approach; Interactive multimedia based on Indonesian cultural diversity in Civics learning in elementary schools; Effectiveness of virtual psychological counseling programs during the (COVID-19) pandemic.


In this issue, you will find a wide variety of articles related to educational sciences. This was made possible with the help of the researchers, editorial and publishing team. Our sincere gratitude, therefore, goes to all our contributors.
