Towards the development of the basic model of innovation system: Problems and solutions

Abstract
The authors developed a structural model of the basis innovation system, which feature is to provide a subsystem of development of knowledge. Its mechanisms will ensure the immanence of innovative activity in the economic structure of enterprises, guarantee the continuity of the economic cycle of innovation and institutional aid. The basic characteristics inherent to this model and the fundamental principles of its construction have been offered. It has been revealed that for the management of innovation system it is necessary to make changes in the established socio-economic relations, because innovative development is limited by them.
