Abstract

Workers in the educational field in Jordan, especially physical education teachers, face many problems and they are exposed to increased pressures that may be reflected in their professional performance. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the level of professional pressure that physical education teachers are exposed to in Jordan and its relationship to the gender variable. To achieve this, the descriptive approach was used in addition to the use of the questionnaire, which was developed by researchers and was applied to a sample of 250 male and female teachers in the second semester of the academic year 2021–2022. Based on the results, it is seen that there is a high number of physical education teachers in Jordan, and the level of pressure that physical education teachers are exposed to is higher than the level of pressure that physical education teachers are exposed to.
